About these terms

This site is operated by Caldera Technologies Limited, registered in England and Wales. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The information here is indicative

Everything published about our systems — duty ranges, removal efficiencies, materials, pressure drops and dimensions — is indicative and describes what these system types can be designed to achieve. It is not a specification, an offer, or a warranty of performance for your process.

Wet scrubber performance depends on gas composition, concentration, flow, temperature, reagent chemistry and how the system is operated and maintained. Figures that apply to your installation are the ones we put on a datasheet after sizing it against your duty, and the ones recorded at commissioning.

Not a substitute for your own assessment

Nothing on this site is engineering, legal or regulatory advice for a specific installation. It does not discharge your duties under COSHH, DSEAR, environmental permitting or any other legislation, and it does not replace a competent risk assessment.

Contract

No contract arises from this site. Any supply is made under our written quotation and terms and conditions of sale, which take precedence over anything published here.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and imagery on this site belong to Caldera Technologies Limited or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce them commercially, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
