Accessibility
What we have done to make this site usable for everyone, and how to tell us where it falls short.

Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. The site is built as server-rendered HTML with semantic structure, so it works with screen readers, keyboard navigation and browser zoom.
What that means in practice
- Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
- Body text is navy on white at a contrast ratio of about 15.6:1, and secondary text about 5.9:1 — both above the AA requirement.
- Our orange accent measures 3.2:1 on white, so it is used for icons, rules and large type only, never for body copy or links on a light background.
- Content reflows to a single column at 320px and at 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Motion is limited to a short fade, and is switched off entirely if your system asks for reduced motion.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology.
Known considerations
Technical specifications are presented as data tables. They are marked up with proper row headers, but a wide table on a narrow screen scrolls horizontally within its own container.
Our logo is supplied as raster artwork by the brand guidelines, so it will soften slightly at very high zoom. It is never the only way information is conveyed.
